Thirty days to change your mind
If NotchCad did not do what you needed, ask inside the first 30 days of a new subscription and we refund that period in full. No form, no interrogation — an email with the account address is enough.
What is refundable
- First month of Shop: full refund within 30 days of the first charge.
- Annual Shop: full refund within 30 days; after that, the unused whole months are refunded pro rata if you cancel.
- Project pass: full refund within 14 days, provided you have not exported the job's files. Once the files are in your hands, the work is done.
- Renewals: a renewal you did not intend is refunded if you tell us within 7 days of the charge and the month is unused.
How it is paid
Back to the original payment method, through Stripe or PayPal, normally within five business days of the request. We do not ask for card details by email — ever.
What is not refundable
Months already used, and passes where the exported files were downloaded and used in production. If something was wrong with the output, tell us instead: a wrong file from us is a bug to fix, not a billing dispute.
