Shop

$119 a month

or $1,190 a year — two months free

  • Unlimited seats for your shop
  • DXF, OBJ and spec for every panel
  • Sheet nests, labels and cut list
  • Revision diff and re-cut list
  • Facade breakdown with the tolerance stack
  • Mount holes on the drill layer

For comparison: ShapeMaster is $137 a month per seat billed annually, and sells sheet nesting (EzyNest) and part labelling (GigaDXF) as separate programs on top. NotchCad is one licence for the whole shop, with nesting, labels, the printable job pack and revision diffs included.

What every paid plan includes

  • DXF per panel — millimetres, 1:1, R2010, one layer per operation
  • OBJ of the folded part, skins and core at true thickness
  • Spec JSON — blank, groove length, mass, sheet yield
  • Sheet nests with the part IDs printed on the layout
  • Labels — ID, size, finish, batch, sheet
  • Cut list in CSV, ready for the estimator or the office
  • Revision diff — what to re-cut, what to cut more of, what not to cut
  • Facade breakdown with the tolerance stack and closing joint
  • Mount holes on the drill layer — screws, Z-clips or cleats
  • Quote from buy area, at your material and labour rates
  • Job pack PDF — cover, drawings, nest sheets, labels, schedule
  • Workbook XLSX — panels, hardware, quote in one file

Your drawings stay yours

Nothing here is a proprietary format. Every export is a plain DXF, OBJ, CSV or JSON that opens in the CAD, CAM or spreadsheet you already run — if you ever leave, the work leaves with you and nothing needs migrating.

Free previews are deliberately not fabrication drawings: they are rounded, undimensioned and marked. When you pay, the exact files are released, and each one carries your shop name and the date, so a drawing that turns up on another bench can be traced to the account that made it. That protects you as much as us.

We don't keep a copy of your panels. Files are generated when you ask for them, and the schedule you paste in is used for that build only.

Before you buy

Is it really unlimited seats?

Yes. One licence covers everyone in your shop — the detailer, the CNC programmer and the owner can each sign in with the same key on their own machine.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Monthly means monthly. Cancel and the licence runs to the end of the period; every file you already downloaded keeps working, because nothing is locked to us.

What if I only have one job to do?

Take the project pass: thirty days, one job, the same files as the shop plan, no subscription. If the job runs long, ask and the difference can go against a shop licence.

Will it drive my router?

It gives you the layered DXF your CAM software or router already imports: one layer for the through cut, one for the V-groove. We don't post G-code yet — tell us the machine and it moves up the list.

What if we cut more panels than that in a day?

A normal day is nowhere near the daily export limit. If you are running production volumes, say so and the account gets set up for it rather than stopping mid-job.

Do you support imperial?

Type inches and fractions — 35 1/2, 24.5 or 1/2 — and the drawing shows both. Exports stay in millimetres, because that is what the DXF header declares, so nothing gets scaled on the machine.

Start with one panel, free

Type a size, look at the drawing, fold it in 3D. Pay only when you want the files in your hand.
